Hexbrew privacy policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains how Hexbrew, a game published by TK100X GmbH ("we," "our," or "us"), handles your data. It applies to the Hexbrew app on iPhone. Hexbrew is designed to work entirely on your device, and this policy describes the current release.

1. Data controller

2. Data stored on your device

Your game progress, settings, the local leaderboard name you choose, run history, and aggregate gameplay statistics are stored on your device. Hexbrew does not transmit this information to us or to any third-party server. It stays on your device unless you delete the app or use a feature you explicitly initiate.

3. Apple Game Center

If you use Game Center, your scores and achievement progress are handled by Apple through GameKit and are subject to Apple's privacy policy. Hexbrew does not operate its own account system and does not receive or store your Game Center data on its own servers.

4. Purchases

Optional purchases (such as Stardust packs and cosmetic Auras) are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Hexbrew receives only the verified transaction and entitlement state needed to unlock your content, and stores your unlocked cosmetics locally. We do not see or store your payment card details.

5. No advertising, no tracking

This version of Hexbrew contains no advertising SDK, no analytics provider, and no third-party tracking. The app does not ask for permission to track you across other apps or websites, and its privacy manifest declares no tracking.

6. Data we collect

For the current release, Hexbrew does not collect or transmit personal data to TK100X. Apple Game Center and the App Store are operated by Apple as platform services under Apple's own terms; Hexbrew does not forward their data to us or to any other provider.

7. Children

Hexbrew is a general-audience game and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because the game does not collect or transmit personal data, no such data about children is gathered.

8. Changes to this policy

A future version of Hexbrew may add optional features, such as optional, player-initiated rewarded ads. If we introduce any feature that collects or shares data, we will update this policy to describe it, and update the App Store privacy information, before that feature ships.
